Hotel "Octaviana" is situated at the center of town, on his most famous street - Nevsky Prospekt, near the historical and cultural sights of St. Petersburg. The hotel "Octaviana" itself, is located in the corner building, built in the 18 th century on the intersection of Nevsky and Liteiny Prospekts.

17 rooms, which occupy floors 3 and 4, provide all necessary for rest and stay, both, individual tourists and families and small groups - the guests of St.-Petersburg.
